5.3 Manuals needed 5.3 Manuals needed nicktrollope (Programmer) (OP) 13 Sep 08 08:09 Many moons past I wrote a number of applications in Clipper (S'87- Nantucket 5.0, IIRC). Unfortunately, all my code, software and manuals disppeared...Now I've got hold of a copy of CA5.3, without the manuals and I've discovered that I can't remember any of it.Anyone know where I can obtain the manuals? (or even a brief guide)TIA!Nick22350 France RE: 5.3 Manuals needed JockMullin (MIS) 13 Sep 08 22:22 Hi, NickThere is a collection of Norton Guides here:http://www.whitetown.com/ng/index.php3?lang=0&what=3Jock RE: 5.3 Manuals needed nicktrollope (Programmer) (OP) 14 Sep 08 05:01 HelloThanks for this - very useful site, but they only seem to have the first half of the tech. ref. Covey RE: 5.3 Manuals needed nicktrollope (Programmer) (OP) 15 Sep 08 12:07 Thanks again, but that appears to be the same files that are available on whitetown, No O-Z ......N. RE: 5.3 Manuals needed TonHu (Programmer) 15 Sep 08 16:34 The rest of the info is in a separate chapter in that same file, I recall there being a limit on the number of items or text inside a Norton Guide chapter. I'm using ExpertGuide, and I can select under the Language menu: Functions (A-M), Functions (N-Z), Commands, Classes, Statements, Operators and Directives. So it's all there in c53g01c.zip (Guide to CA-Clipper), in the other 3 files are the ustilities, extra libs etc. documented.HTHTonHu RE: 5.3 Manuals needed nicktrollope (Programmer) (OP) 16 Sep 08 03:07 Excellent, sorted, thankyou all.
