M20 CoS Problems

I have a M20 running 7.0r1.5.

In slot 0 I have an EFPC. Inside that slot I have 4 pics, 2 channelized DS3 cards (non-IQ), 1 MLPPP card, 1 GigE card. I'm trying to get CoS running on all those interfaces, but I'm stuck.

On the GigE and MLPPP interfaces, it looks like its working perfectly, but on the channelized ds3 cards, it's not working.

Since the non-IQ version of the channelized DS3 card doesn't show queue stats its hard to really tell what's going on.

From what I read, the non-IQ version of this card should have no problem doing CoS inside an EFPC, but I can't get it to work. If I do a show interfaces extensive on one of the interfaces, it gives me mixed results. First it shows me the following right under the the T1/DS3 error info

Which are the default queues logging traffic on this interaface, but only a few more lines down it shows

Which are the queues I created.

When the interface is passing any more then 100k worth of traffic, the voip gateway on the other side starts logging a lot of jitter causing lost packets and high delays.

I don't understand why this is happening and I've been tearing my hair out trying to figure it out. I've hired 2 consultants who couldn't tell me why it wasn't working, I contacted JTAC but since I don't have a support contract, I can't get any type of priority support (they did open a "courtesy" ticket, but they've been less then responsive) and they won't sell me one because the M20 went EOL on Dec 31 2007, shortly after we bought the thing.

I would appreciate hearing from anyone who's had this configuration before, or anyone who can point me in the right direction.

What version are you running?  I'm running just about the same config on 7.4 on the m20 I have it configured on.

Do you mind posting a copy of show chassis hardware and the class-of-service section of your router?

You could use pastebin.com to post it and just reply the link they give you.

Can you also show me the output of show int t1-1/2/0:1 exten

My config is a little different then yours, I'm going to try apply your config and see if that changes anything.

Also, mind telling me how you know its working since show interfaces queue t1-0/2/1:1 fails on a non-IQ card.

The config works on my GigE and MLPPP cards (just like mine does) but it seemed to have no affect on the p-4chds3 card (mine actually shows as a newer REV then yours).

Is there something else that can be having an affect on CoS on the channelzed cards?

I don't understand why this isn't working.
