Need help with Chroma Key!

I am the same problem as one of the earlier posts. My chroma key shots are very pixelated and need to be smooted out. I've used the blend setting as much as I can and to my knowledge, the screen and my subject were lit properly, are there other settings that work better or is Premiere not the best choice for green screen?
