Network Error - Failed to communicate with IP Office?

I am using ISDN dial in to configure IP Office in the field.
I have been getting the message Network Error - Failed to communicate with IP Office. Some of the older installations not done by myself are set to DHCP disable and not Dial in as I prefer. What are the ideal settings for my windows dial in TCP/IP properties? The static ones I have set to and no DNS. I am asuming that these settings are causing the network error with the IPO? Any help would be appreciated.

Give your Dailin account a static ip adress like
Try again with the manager, your ipo will be (Lan2)

It works! Now if only I could remember what I did...

Can you ping it when the dial up connection is made ?
If yes then it is a firewall issue
I had the same error lately when i was at location

No I Can't ping it from my laptop, although when I try to open a config, I can see the IPO on the IPO select screen.
I get the error when I put the User/Password details in and it tries to grab the config

The dial in account needs to be 192.168.99.x unless you have changed the routes in the destination IPO.

Certain Versions of IPO were prone to locking up thier TFTP service - V2.1.15 especialy

this may be your problem
