I've been trying to write a custom .x parser using C#. I am able to read all the information available in a .x file using XFile and XFileData objects, but I'm not sure how to properly fill in the SkinInformation and AnimationSet objects. In particular, I'm not sure what to do with the data from the XSkinMeshHeader template (basically the maximum influences per face and vertex). Also, I'm not sure how to deal with KeyCallback objects... what exactly does the CallbackData IntPtr point to? Any help would be appreciated... even suggestions on where to look for answers (books, web sites). Thanks.
