Where in the world do Tek-Tips members come from?

add a deleted optional region back to the existed page

I am new to Dremweaver. I have a htm page which has a template applied. However, one of the optionl region was deleted from the htm page and I tried to reapply the template and I cannot add the optional region back to the page at all. I tried to copy the code of this optional region from other page and wanted to add it directly. However, the code area where I tried to add the code is grayed out and does not allow me to add anything in between. Can someone help? Thanks.
