tight VNC - user logging in closes viewer

I have tightVNC set as a service on the users XP PRO PC. I can bring up the connection in the viewer or java viewer. When a user selects the account and types in password, my viewer closes. If I try to reconnect, the screen goes back to the main page again, I see the user re-logging in and I drop again. The one time it worked is when somone accessed a limited account with no password.

Is this possibly a permissions issue? If so, I dont see how.

Are the PC's on a domain? If they aren't you have to disable fast user switching.
