Hello,

Im having a problem with a new Exchange 2007 server I just set up.  The problem is with ActiveSync.  Whenever I try to setup my device to sync with the server, it complains about the SSL cert.  I got the SSL cert from godaddy, which as I understand is a trusted source.  I can connect to OWA in IE and FF with no complaints at all about the cert, I just cant setup activesync with my Windows Mobile 5 device.

Any ideas?

Can you go to https://mail.yourdomain.com/Microsoft-Server-ActiveSync

(or whatever your publicly facing name is) without getting a certificate error?

Not sure if same applies to Ex2007 but with Ex2003 and Win Mob 5 you have to install the suppliers security cert on to the device and then sync.
