hey, i'm new here.

i have Norton AntiVirus 2007
i had to uninstall this, and i did so. i tried to re-install it a couple of days later and it wouldn't work, so i looked on your forums and it said about the norton remover tool, so i used this, and it worked fine. i have norton installed now, but when i try to activate the product so it works, i get a message saying 'an error has occured during your activation. please uninstall and then install norton antivirus again'. i did so, followed all the instructions, and i get this message again. i'm getting pretty frustrated and i don't think uninstalling is going to work again. i've tried it from the cd, downloading it from the net, and i still get this problem. sorry for the lengthy post, any solutions? thanks.
