it seems 11.5 is one problem after another.

I upgraded our 11.5 SP1 to 11.5SP2 and no I get Tape Engine is stopped.  I look in services and there is no tape engine service.  I know that service was there when it was 11.5 SP1

Does anyone know how to get that service installed again??

The upgrade to 11.5 SP2 started because when we would back up exchange storage groups the server would drop its network connection.  It was fine backing up SQL data and other data directoried and we were getting error E8552 and then error E8563.

Of course I can't tell if the upgrade to SP solved that problem because I can't get the tape engine running.

PLEASE help!!!!

This is running on a Windows 2000 server with a SysKonnect SK-9843 V2.0 Gigabit Ethernet 1000Base-SX Adapter, PCI64, Fiber SX/SC #2 NIC.
