Our backups do not complete in a reasonable time.

Here is our current configuration:

Windows 2003 SP1
4 Gigs Memory
Lots of processing power
Tivoli Storage Manager v5.2 - (We can not upgrade)
3584 IBM Library with 6 L2 drives.
14 Terabytes of data

Any help on how to get our backups to complete would be great!
