field xxxxxxxx not found

field xxxxxxxx not found

(OP)
I get this error on random simple queries in SQL Editor.
Such as
    select name from name_table

The not found field in the message xxxxxx comes back
    field some_unrelated_field_not not found

This error persists for all attempts to query the table.

But, if I close the SQL Editor Tab and open a new one then I can successfully run the query as much as I like until the next bogus field not found.

Any one else experience this?  Any solutions?

I'm running TOAD 8.5.3.2 on Oracle 9.1
