I have upgraded my database and need to upgrade my odbc drivers for my crystal reports 8.5 or 9.  The new db is pervasive.sql v9.

Are you sure you don't already have an ODBC driver? Pervasive v9 normally includes an ODBC driver.  It would be called "Pervasive ODBC CLient Interface" (on the client) and "Pervasive ODBC Engine Interface" (on the server).  
One other thing that you'll need in addition to the ODBC Driver is the DDFs for the DacEasy data files. If you don't have the DDFs, you'll need those to let the ODBC driver access the data files.
