Digital Phones Non active

Digital Phones Non active

I've got an option 11c rls 25.15, Some Digital phones get continuous inactive (They don't give dial tone):

LD 80
.trac 0 2325

NON ACTIVE  TN 004 0 00 02   MARP

I tried to change the telephones release using:

LD 32

But the problem continue, Now phones have the following release:

.fwvu 4 2
****M3900 VERSION REPORT****

I`ve got to disable the phone to fix the temporally  the problem.

Any idea?

RE: Digital Phones Non active

I know that there are some patches in 25.15 to get the M3904 phones to work.  And I think that the newer Phase III 3904's don't work well either.

Check for patches and check the vintage of phone.
