How could I add content in this manner?

How could I add content in this manner?

(OP)
I'm new to HTML and don't have anything user friendly for HTML, which is why I'm writing this in Note Pad, so please bear with me.  But how could I do this: In a page, I've added a text box and command button so anyone viewing the page would be able to upload files for everyone else to download.  Is this possible, or do I have to hardcode  the file path manually each time I would like to add another file.

RE: How could I add content in this manner?

Yes: Its possible and there are several HTML editors (e.g HTMLPad) available that will simplify your writing of HTML code.

You just need to link the button at a site link to start a file download. HTMLPad makes this easy

Just one question is this a 'Help' related post, if it isn't then there are other forums on this site where you might get a more detailed answer.
