Exchange backup failing on Inremental only

Hi,

ARCserve 11.5 SP3
HP StorageWorks 1/8 LTO3 autoloader
Windows Server 2003

I was wondering if someone would be able to shed any light on the following problem please?

I have a GFS backup job backing up 25 servers and 1 Exchange Cluster. Full backup on Friday, Diff every other day. I use the Exchange Agent (without Brick level). On the Full Backup everything is fine. When the differencial job runs the Exchange backup fails with:

Failed to read from database. (DBNAME=First Storage Group transaction, EC=Invalid user ID or password was submitted or Database Server instance may be inaccessible. If user ID is a Windows domain account, please use Domain\Username.)

This is the correct Username and Password as the Full backup works. This has happened in the past and either a restart of the CA servers on the Exchagne server, or a Fail Over of the Cluster sorted it out. Now either of these workarouns do not help. This started about 4 weeks ago. I was at SP2 and thought SP3 may fix it but it hasn't. Nothing has changed on this server for ages, it does just backups and is never messed with.

Any ideas?

RESOLVED ---------------

I tried creating a new account and this fialed with the same error.

I thern uninstalled Universal and Echange Agent frm the Cluster and reintalled and it works.
