Im using 4.11 with Groupwise, and there was a problem with employees not receiving external emails.

ive been told that I can release the emails that should be queued up in a queue..........ie..the emails that where received into the system.

how do you do this?

What version of GroupWise are you on? Typically mail will be delivered automatically as long as all links are correct and there are no components that are down or links are broken. There's not really a way to 'release' messages, they will go when the connetion is reestablished.
