Come to think of it I am not sure how to securely transfer the file without showing our email details to all and sundry.

Can anyone advise on a safe method of file transfer preferably anonymously.

Thanks for the offer, I went ahead and re-installed 123r5 and got the original file back - (backed up the whole things in case it happens again)
