Hi All

I am trying to use Message Maintenance to popup a message when a
Purchase Order has been deleted.

I can get it to work if I just simply put a message like "PO Deleted"
in the message tab...but I want to specify the PO #, Vendor ID and
Buyer too and can't get it to work anymore.

I inserted a statement in the Query tab and one in the Tokens tab....

I am not quite sure how they work, but I can't get a message to popup
when a PO is deleted.

This is what I currently have in my Message Tab, Query Tab and Tokens
Tab....what is wrong, please?

Message: A purchase order %ID for Vendor ID %1 and owned by %2 has
just been deleted.

Query: SELECT ID FROM PURCHASE_ORDER WHERE ID = %ID

Tokens: SELECT VENDOR_ID, BUYER FROM PURCHASE_ORDER WHERE ID = %ID

Thanks in advance.
