Help, I have been trying for a long time to set up a form and place combo boxes in the form,  when I attempt to do this, the name of the field disapears and only the combo box is displayed.  how do I make the field name to stay on the form?
Thanks

I don't think combo fields display the field name by default.

However, you can always place a text object next to it with whatever you want in it.  Or even place the combo field IN the text box if you can get everything to wrap/stick the way you want it.
