Can't access 192.168.1.1(default gateway)

hello,
im first time in this forum here.
the problem is when i attempt to access 192.168.1.1, it say request timed out.i was be able to connect to 192.168.1.1 before this problem occured.can anyone give some advice on how to solve this problem?

What changed? Did you turn on a firewall someplace?
