I have a couple of questions regarding the routing of calls going to my sales groups using a G3siR9.  This is a new project.  My goal is to have the calls try each station and then terminate to a generic voicemail box.  The problem I am having is that the call rings only one station and does not try the next station or cover to voicemail.  If all station are busy then it will cover to voicemail.  Here is what I have setup:

Voicemail for x2589

If it were me setting this up I'd get rid of the hunt and vector altogether. Set up your ext. as an X-port with a coverage path immediately going to a coverage-answer-group which rings all the sales phones at the same time give it forwarding Busy/DA to your voice mail system after however many rings you feel appropriate and then start thinking about how and where you want your message waiting indicator to work.

What's the RONA (Redirect On No Answer) settings for the above?  Could be worth playing with.

I would set up a hunt group with all the members in it. and put the coverage on the hunt group. I would use circular hunt or something of that nature.

Please let me know if this was helpful

I would spend some time finding out about Hunt-to-station if I was you, that's been designed for this, I'm not sure about the voice mail though.
