Hi
I need to compare a field in my expression trasformation
say in SQL i can use: like '%week'
Can I use something like this in informatica?
in the expr transformation:
IIF(format like '%week', weekly, monthly)
please help
need urgently

There was a typo sorry it is supposd to be COMAPRISION IN EXPRESSION.....

You mean comparison?

Try this:

IIF(RTRIM(SUBSTR(format,-4,4)),'week',' weekly','monthly')
