Hello,

I am new to access.

I have a query that has ony one field. What I am trying to do is to group all the records that are the same.

For example

Field1

one
one
one
one
one
one
two
two
one
three
two

and I would like to get

Field1
one
two
three

is this possible?

Ahhh Never Mind I got it
Query in design view then click on View and then Totals and just grup by
