Hello All,

I completed my 9i OCP. Now in order to get my Oracle Success Kit( Certificate) I need to fill-up this form:

Oracle OCP Hands-On Course Requirement Form

hxxp://www.oracle.com/global/us/education/certification/10ghandsoninfo.html

I am following up the steps listed in this and once I

--Select Take Test from the menu and enter the keycode '9igcourse' in the Private Tests box.

It says approx. time is 30 minutes...Can someone tell me if this is another TEST (Online) I need to complete or the whole form-fillup is that lengthy .What all is in this form?? Anyone please share your past experience.

Thanks
