Render animation with background as an alphachannel

Render animation with background as an alphachannel

I spend most of last night trying this and at this point am?????
I have two animations of a plane simple point a to b.
after trying many rendering options I conclude the in order to have the transparency of the alphachannel in a video editing is as follow:
no background, no backdrop in render I select the two alpha channel options available. exported as an animation 30 fps and million+ colors quicktime

One animation did work my second file did not... I a did everything to try to make it work.... is anyone here knows what Im doing wrong??? This supossed to be simple......

This animation will be placed on video so the background has to be transparent....
PLEASE HELP ANYONE
