Hi

I would like to help you, but I don't really know the answer.

But I'm sure Magicians at:

http://groups.yahoo.com/group/magicu-l/

could help you. Some really experienced developers are members of that group.

You can still post an answer here, when it's resolved, though.

You might have someone else accessing the same record or table...  depends if you're using table locks or record locks.

Also, if your program created temporary files, it's possible that some were not released properly.  You can just delete them.

The filename you get after the error, is that a DB table or a temp file?

Also, if you're using the Btrieve workstation engine, you can try closing Magic completely, kill the W32MKDE.EXE processes and try again.
