The message button on SS420 and ss4025 will ligesht when the Active Voice Mail send message waiting. When the button is pressed it will not access the Voice Mial. The user have to dial the VM number to retrieve their messages

Are the MWI ports members of the VM hunt group?  That would be the first thing to check.  The MWI ports need to be in their own COS with permanent DND enabled, and need to be members of the VM hunt group.

the port that turns on the message waiting light must be in a voicemail hunt group i advise you to put it in its own hunt group re-route always the hunt group it is in to the main voicemail hunt group and it works
its the very old way of doing nu-point or tiger voice mail
