Anyone using Dell 5324 with vlans and spanning tree?

I have just started using the dell 5324 properly.  I have two Dell switches and have setup aggregated channels in one vlan and have a couple of ports configured for switch management on another vlan.  I set up the spanning tree priorities on both switches.

When I parallel link the agregated channel and the management Vlans, spanning tree kicks in and shuts down the agregated link.  It certainly appears that there is only one global instance of stp even though the ports are VLANed apart.

Anyone know if you can have multi instances of stp running on this switch and how to configure it.

Thanks
Si
