Hi,
after a quick bit of advice please..

My ISP is upgrading from 512 to 1Gb Broadband (I know it's slow but it works!!) but they are capping the new service.

Before I decide what to do I'd like to be able to monitor my usage so I can gauge whether its worth staying or moving on...

using XP with a SpeedTouch ADSL

Can anyone recommend a free Bandwidth monitor which can keep some daily download/upload stats etc??

(Hope this is right forum...apologies if not)

TIA

PaulSc

PS:  If you think 512(?) is slow then try 56kbps DialUp.
There are many ppl in the USA.. that do not have the "nicities of Hi Speed Internet" like 128 kbps or 256kbps or (WOW)512Kb or 1G.. WOW, we only dream of this... Where? did you ask in the USA is there not Hi Speed Internet.. Rural American for one. look on your map  Junction US Hwy 183/160 SW Kansas, USA...
