Hi, I need to install Konica 7020 on my XP Professional print server and have tried many times now without luck. It looks to get installed but doesn't print the test page or anything else after the installation. I am using IP-421 PCL driver for 2000 & XP.
Any help is much appreciated!

Regards,
Zotigo

I read in the manual somewhere, hope this is what you asked:

Interface IEEE 1284 Bi-Directional Parallel,
Ethernet–RJ45 - 10 BaseT/100 Base T, (KN-303)

if you are using the network card and tcp ports you need to convert the TCP port to LPR.
open printers
right click on the 7020 and select properties
go to the ports tab
select configure port
tick the LPR radio button
in the LPR settings Queue Name type "PORT1" without the quotes.
hit ok.

make sure there are no jobs waiting to print before hand . or the port wont change.
try a test print
