Print jobs are routing fine, but are including 5 extra lines thus ruining the output.  Anyone know what to check and thanks in advance?

Is it confined to any particular printer or client or app? Drivers updated? Are the lines inserted at random or at the top or bottom of the page? I've seen users have empty headers or footers they weren't aware of...

Printer type? Gateway used?

I would suggest updating your Printer Drivers first.  Often, the problem does not lie with NDPS, but things like Printer Drivers and Software settings.

It is any printer - We think the issue is the VMS print jobs are not communicating the correct format thorugh NDPS as they would through IP printing.  Gathering more info.

What kinds of Printers are you using?  Usually if NDPS is not communicating correctly, you get pages and pages of garbage.  It's unusual that your jobs print but just add a few extra lines.  And is it extra lines on each page? or extra lines after every line of text?

It's as though 5 lines get added to the page size so that each page it moves farther and farther off.  They have tried setting printer settings to no avail.
