DW MX compatibility w/GoLive CS templates

Our non-profit organization has two volunteers willing to work on the site with tools they have purchased - DreamWeaver MX and GoLive CS. Is there ANY known way of sharing or at least mastering a page template in one that can then be used directly or via clean conversion in the other? I know that GL 6 claimed to accept DW 4 templates directly, but never tried that combination and have no idea about the latest versions' compatibility.

We hate to waste offers of volunteer help, especially considering the places our funds could go if this work could be done gratis.
