turning off message popup

We have Novell Netware 6 servers and Windows 98 and Windows XP workstations. And we have Novell Client(3.32 or 4.83) on all the workstations. One of our Novell servers(Netware 6) is down and I am getting a Netware message popup saying the server is down. The server has been down for about 4 hours now and I got the message 218 times. Does anybody know how to turn it of on windows 98 workstations and Windows XP? |

Novell Client Properties - Advanced settings - Receive Broadcast Messages. Set it to None and you will no longer get the pop-ups. This should work for both the NT/2K/XP and the 9x client Brent Schmidt CNE,Network + Senior Network Engineer Keep IT Simple http://www.kiscc.com
