Subscription Key Invalid

Product: Norton AntiVirus 2002
Supported operating system: Windows XP

Last week, I got warning message from my laptop indecating that the LiveUpdate subscription needs to be renewed. So I went through the process and received subscription key online after I confirm the subscription payment.

But when I enter the number into the area where asking for subscript key from LiveUpdate screen, I got error message. It said this: "The Number you entered is not a valid confirmation number. Please check the number and try again". The number I entered was the same number that I received from Symantec site.

Did I do anything wrong? What I suppose to do from this point? I have posted message to Symantec support area last week and haven't get any response yet. Can anyone help me?
