Can I play a Powerpoint presentation through a dvd player?

Is it possible to make a Powerpoint presentation, burn it on a cd and have it play on a dvd player?
Thanks a lot

You would not have the control you would on a regular PP presentation. However, the latest version of Nero, as well as several other burning softwares support burning to the VCD format. You should be able to take a PP presentation from that to VCD, which will play in most DVD players. You might also see what you can do with the Kodak PHOTO CD format, which most players support, and which might allow button press advance to the next 'picture' (in this case a PP slide). I think your best bets are 1.Exporting to some kind of video format (not sure what PP has availible for this, but you should be able to take a PP presentation to .avi pretty easily) 2. Exporting to slides and using the PHOTO CD format. This probably requires software from Kodak.... |
