SP 2 - Different Versions?

I noticed that when I installed SP2 over a legit copy of XP PRO (vol license) that the "Professional" does not show up on the start screen. I downloaded sp2 direct from Microsoft (not windows update).

Is this normal? Am I just being paranoid?
