VM Pro - Remove DND and Deactivate Voiceamail on User and Huntgroup by Gunnaro

VMPro module that removes DND, Absent status/text and deactivate Voicemail on users and groups.
First part is to clean up before "Paging all users" in case of an emergency.
Please keep in mind that the phone system is not a primary emergency alarm

The last part is convenient when installing a new system where users don't want the voicemail active.
(Depending on the complexity, you can also set up User Rights, but moving users from on User Right to another can then activate or deactivate voicemail unintended)
