What is the maximum number of participants in an IM Conference?  100 (although there is a registry entry to bump this up to 150.  See http://support.microsoft.com//kb/945542)
What is the maximum message you can send in an IM? 8000 Characters

What is the maximum length of a SIP URI:  454 characters
