From any phone phone with a display
Press TRANSFER (TRF) CONFERENCE (CNF) * TRANSFER (TRF) CONFERENCE (CNF) #
Press Redial (LNR/SPD)
Using Keypad Enter 02
Press RECALL
Using Keypad Enter 2
Press RECALL
Enter the current time using the keypad in the format of HHMMSS
Press Conference
If the time is the only thing you need to change lift your handset to exit programming, if you need to change the dat continue on....
Press ANSWER (ANS)
Using Keypad Enter 0
Press RECALL
Using the keypad enter the 4 digit Year i.e. 2006
Press CONFERENCE (CNF)
Press ANSWER (ANS)
Using Keypad Enter 1
Press RECALL
Using the keypad enter the current date using MMDD format
Press CONFERENCE (CNF)
At this point lift your handset and replace it to the cradle the time display should update with in a few seconds.
(The ANS, TRF, CNF represent the labels used on some older NEC phones) |
