Avoid printing blank address info on labels (CR10)
Posted: 18 Jan 05

In our data, we will often find blank address info, and when generating labels, we don't want these blank lines to take up space. There is a very simple solution to this:
First, create sections for each of the key elements. This will most likely include a section for "Name", another section for "AddressLine1", "AddressLine2", then a final one for "City,State,Zip". Obviously, this can be modified depending on the number of lines possible.
Finally, set the "Suppress If Blank" to True for each section (under Properties).
