*always select default terminal type*

At '$': type cms

*always select default terminal type*

Go to 'maintenance'

'back up data'

Check off
   'verify tape',
   'All ACDs",
   'Local sys admin data',
'ACD-specific',
   'Historical data',
'Full',
   'Non-CMS'
Hit enter to move to command list, then arrow down to 'Run'.
To get out of backup data window, hit 'ctrl' and 'p' then number '5'.
