How to enable debug for NAS

1) Stop the Universal Agent Service
2) Set the following keys (if running BAB the path will be a little different)
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ComputerAssociates\BrightStor Enterprise Backup\NASAgent\Parameters\Debug=1
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ComputerAssociates\BrightStor Enterprise Backup\NASAgent\Parameters\TruncLog=0
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ComputerAssociates\BrightStor Enterprise Backup\NASAgent\Parameters\MaxLogSize=0x9999
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ComputerAssociates\BrightStor Enterprise Backup\Base\Task\Common\TraceAsAgent=1
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ComputerAssociates\BrightStor Enterprise Backup\Base\Task\Common\TraceMultiStream=1

3) Restart the Universal Agent
4) Run the backup that fails
5) Put both the Job and Tape Engines in debug.
6) If running a NetApp filer from the terminal enter "ndmpd debug 50" to get a complete log. On the Filer, Log files in the \ect\log  // review all logs in this directory.

Grab the following Logs -
<BEB10.5 Home>\Nas Option\LOG\*.log  // review all logs in this directory
<BEB10.5 Home>\Nas Option\NasAgent.log
<BEB10.5 Home>\Log\Tape.log
<BEB10.5 Home>\Log\BrightStor.log
<BEB10.5 Home>\Log\TskJobXX.log
