What do the Utilities Error Codes Mean?

error  4 a missing .dbd file
error  8 database locked by another utility
error 20 incompatible dictionary file
error 10 manager open
error 40 incorrect database name
error 46 a missing .00x file
error 2005 wrong server name
error 2009 one of the files locked by another application, or missing catalog.xxx files.
error 6003 not sure of the cause but only resolved by a reboot.
