Open Page in a Frame/Destroy Frames by 4x4uk

To stop other people opening your page in a frameset put the following in the between the head tags of your page

<script language="JavaScript" type="text/javascript">
<!-- Hide script from older browsers
if(parent.frames[1])
parent.location.href=self.location.href;
// end hiding contents -->
</script>

Spent ages desiging your site using frames then you need the code below to ensure your frameset is always used to display your pages
