These links have fixed my computer and I'm sure they can fix your computer too.

You need to eliminate unnecessary programs from starting up with Windows via Start/Run/type msconfig/Startup tab
You need to keep systray,explorer,scanreg...and your AV and firewall.Here are a couple links to help you get you started;
