Here are the sites where you can get help for your McAfee/NAI antivirus products:

Retail Users:

NOTE:  You'll need your GRANT NUMBER to access the post questions to the Technical Support team.  The grant number is NOT REQUIRED to access the Knowledge Base anymore.  In short, it's FREE!!!
