• Windows ME - MSCONFIG startup items!

You will need to access the selective start-up and disable some programs that are not needed for Windows ME to run properly.
To enter selective start-up goto: - START-RUN-MSCONFIG - click on the start-up tab
Then only check the following boxes:
- ScanRegistry - System Tray - PCHealth - *StateMgr
you will also want to enable any virus programs you have, to run at start-up as well.
